Dr. Jacob Hiller

Dr. Hiller grew up in Rochester, Massachusetts on his family's cranberry and Clydesdale farm. This early exposure to the agriculture world instilled in him a strong work ethic and solidified his passion for helping animals from a very young age.

Knowing he would one day become a veterinarian, Dr. Hiller attended the University of Massachusetts - Amherst for his undergraduate degree in Pre-Veterinary Sciences and then went on to receive his DVM from Virginia-Maryland College for Veterinary Medicine.

For the four years immediately following vet school, Dr. Hiller practiced at a busy eight-doctor practice in Richmond, VA before moving to Maryland. He then worked at a general and emergency practice in Purcellville, VA before joining the team at West Frederick Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Hiller is currently working towards his Certified Canine Rehab Therapist (CCRT) certification and has additional medical interests in surgery, dentistry, and sports medicine.

When he's not in the hospital Dr. Hiller enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and keeping his mixed breed pup, Toby, busy.
